on the maps for projects, a lot of these are old or don't link to anything but the minutes page of the KC website.
Potential Solutions:
-Could filter the locations by date
-By information
-Only actively being discussed.
Added:
-Timeline based filtering
Fix:
-"recap only" now filters all projects to show only what's been in a recap
-Summaries from the projects tab now show on projects on the map.

"who said what" section, its unclear as to who is council and who is the public speaking:
should be easy to identify each person's title eg. "chariman" etc.
